Inventory Coordinator - Mumbai,India

We're now looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join us. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for daily communication with warehouses in the region, maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within MBO's and EBO's, inventory planning and replenishment. Additional responsibilities include inbound logistics and transportation, information and instructions to the warehouses, support in demand planning and forecasting, product movement and additional administrative support detail. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO 

  • Monitor and control inventory integrity at MBO's and EBO's.
  • Closely monitor DW stock levels to support proper balance of inventory.
  • Maintain product identification and location program.
  • Solve the inventory discrepancies and shipping issues - both domestic and international including customs documentation.
  • Manage the inventory control function at site.
  • Track and report the non-conforming product.
  • Document and control the aged & damaged product.
  • Ensure all labelling requirements to be met in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for management (and client as appropriate).
  • Establish strong relationships and work closely with various functions within company to properly manage inventory levels against demand.
  • Regularly training site staff in proper inventory control techniques and practices.
  • Support marketing campaigns and launch of new products to meet shipment dates while avoiding out of stock situation.

WHO YOU ARE

You are highly motivated, driven and a person who get things done and you want to be in the forefront of developing our supply chain.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-5 years of working experience.
  • Excellent communication (spoken and written English), Hindi & any other regional language.
  • Strong PC skills, High-level proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision is preferable.
  • Consistently well organized and shows great attention to detail.
