Daniel Wellington, a highly successful global watch brand, is growing fast in India and we are now looking for passionate and talented Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Mumbai. Our Customer Service Center will be located at our central warehouse in Andheri-East.

WHAT YOU WILL BE UP TO

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and be the face and voice of our brand.
  • Communicate with our customers through email, social media platforms, live chat, and phone.
  • Interact with our customers during their shopping journey with the objective to maximize the conversion rate as well as handling after-sales inquiries such as order and delivery status, returns and warranty issues and keeping the customer informed and updated regularly.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions with our customers for future reference.
  • Record all returns and handle the internal return process efficiently.
  • Conduct verification calls for Cash-On-Delivery orders.
  • Interact with the customer service departments of our Online Marketplace partners and ensure that all inquiries are responded to efficiently and promptly.
  • Constantly working and collaborating with the Global Customer Service Team.

WHAT YOU ARE AMAZING AT 

  • Understanding our customer’s needs and expectations and provide excellent customer service, turning each customer contact into a positive experience.
  • Keeping calm and focused under pressure.
  • Multitasking across systems, applications, communication channels, and people.
  • Engaging with the ability to explain step-by-step solutions with patience.
  • Tailoring your approach to each individual person.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You understand the real value of and take great pride in delivering an unparalleled customer service experience.
  • You have completed your Higher Secondary education and ideally, have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You are highly organized and possess excellent follow-up skills.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-growing international organization where people take responsibility for getting things done.
  • You are prepared to work according to a schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays on a rotation basis.
